At TheFlows, we want you to enjoy a calm and worry-free shopping experience. If your sand wax products arrive damaged, defective, or not as expected, we’re here to help.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.

Customized or used DIY kits cannot be returned unless defective.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

Need a replacement? If your item is defective or damaged, we will send you a new one at no extra cost.
